Introspection

Do you ever reflect on yourself, meditate, or look at yourself with introspection and a critical eye?

If the answer is yes, then you know that there are some rough edges in you that need smoothing out,  and that there are things in your life you want to change, whether material or immaterial.


You realize that you’d like to achieve certain goals, but you are stuck in some mental loop,  in some way of being or behavior that you don’t like.
Well, know that this crazy community of ours is not here to judge, to tell you what’s right or wrong,  but instead, we are here to talk, to help, to offer food for thought, and to reflect on things.

We want to pause, we want to understand, we want to analyze. In a fast-paced world, where our phones ring constantly,  where we receive thousands of notifications from apps and social networks, we want to disconnect, to take a moment to pause,  to stop scrolling the screen and look inside ourselves, trying to find answers with the goal of becoming a little better each day than the day before.

This section, as the title suggests, concerns the emotional, spiritual, and deep part of human beings,  which complements the other sections related to nutrition and training.
Understanding oneself, not being in conflict, not feeling wrong… knowing that the questions buzzing in your  head are not only yours, but that there are hundreds, thousands of people who think like you.

In this section, we at Nut for Health hope that you can find a moment of peace, a moment of silence,  a moment where it’s just you, alone with yourself, and that you can use this moment to better understand how you are,  where you are in your life, and what steps you need to take to achieve your goals.
