Welcome to our nutrition blog. We aim to share all over our community, a lot of helpful information and tips about health, diet, nutrition, fitness and much more. This section is regarding food and nutrition, aiming to increase the quality of our lifestyle, reduce inflammation and prevent diseases.

Why is this community born? The idea comes from the need to warn people of incorrect nutrition that is rampant nowadays. Processed foods are everywhere, and I am referring to cereals of all kinds, products for breakfast, cakes and pastries, processed red meats, frozen products and much more.


We have lost the way to eat properly, to eat healthy. Eating healthy means for many of us: eating without taste.
In fact, this is not the case, and all the flavors we are used to have were decided on a table by the food industries that they are making people addicted to these flavors, as well as sugar, a silent drug that is literally killing millions of people.

We want to turn on a light, showing that you can eat healthy without becoming vegetarian, vegan o support one line of thought rather than another.
Be clear that our are not medical advice on how to solve some pathologies, we can not and do not want replace us to medical care, but we want to share some ideas on which to think and which maybe try to insert in everyday life, trying to restore a long-lost nutritional balance.
