Training is the key
The human being is not made to stand still and sit. We are products of nature, and as such we are in symbiosis with it.
Moreover, standing still makes us sick: think about sick people in hospital,
who do not have the possibility to get out of bed, these are affected by the muscle tone that drops, from the sores of decubitus, and many other problems that slowly lead to turn them off and literally die.

Recent studies based on the lives of astronauts tell us that we do not stop moving because we get old, but rather we get old because we stop moving.
In fact, when astronauts go in space, where there is no gravity, they lose muscle tone and it has been seen that the body ages at a greater rate than any human being who did not go into space.
That force of gravity that keeps us glued to the ground, that makes us do so much effort climbing stairs, climbing up, or just lifting a weight, makes us young and strong.
Modern lifestyle.
Sitting in the same way, a plague of modern society that forces us to spend all our days glued to a screen to bring home the necessary salary for us and our family,
is actually the worst position for our back.
All the load ends up on the lumbar area of our back, moreover the posterior femoral muscles of the legs are shortened and create imbalances in posture.
It is not by chance that for some years now, in the offices, there are seating alternatives to the usual chair, and the ergonomics of the chairs by the producers and greatly improved.
So that’s why we have to do something, we have to go back to the movement, staying away as much as possible from the screens of PCs and smartphones.
